These delivery charges are given as a guide only and may be subject to change without prior notice. The appropriate delivery charge will be applied to your shopping cart upon checkout.
You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. The contents of your order will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. All deliveries are subject to product availability. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Mainland UKDelivery may take up to 10 working days UK mainland. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Posters will be supplied rolled in a tube.
OverseasEU parcels will be sent airmail. Rest of World parcels will be sent surface mail. Posters will be supplied rolled in a tube.Whilst International delivery should take 5-7days, it can take up to 4 weeks depending on the country's postal system.

|We are committed to selling high quality products but we understand that there may be times when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. Please check your items carefully before they are used and keep this receipt with your order number, found on at the top of this page, as you will need it in the event of any queries regarding your purchase.
Should you need to return a product you have 30 days to do so. The returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition and should also be returned with their original box, packaging and accessories. Regrettably, some items, such as earrings, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons; except for where there is a pre-existing fault.
If the product is missing parts or they are otherwise faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund given that we are made aware of this within 28 days of your purchase. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
